VEDIC ROUNDING & Yoga

Each day you’ll have the option to do several hours of Vedic rounding ~ consisting of gentle yoga asana, breath work and meditation ~ designed to drop you into a deeply rested, relaxed and expansive state of being. Practicing rounding is a beautiful way to start, re-inspire or deepen your daily meditation practice.

You’ll feel more calm and in your body (rather than up in your head) than you can remember feeling, in a very long time.

restore balance

You are nourished with delicious, high-grade Ayurvedic vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner by Ayurvedic practitioner and holistic chef Jes Chev.

Each meal will encourage a state of balance; all ingredients will be organic and/or locally sourced (no spray or chemicals) and aligned with the season.

You’ll learn some easy to implement, practical Ayurvedic cooking & eating principals that you can take home to play around with in your own kitchen.

RELAX

After lunch and between yoga and rounding sessions, there are so many ways to relax.

You might like to take a slow walk in nature, feeling your nervous system unwind as your feet connect with the earth.

You may choose to sunbathe on the big, comfy pool loungers, enjoy a swim in the resort style magnesium pool or make use of the infrared sauna.

You have space held for you, so that there is really nothing for you to do other than tune in to what feels good to do, moment by moment. The choice is entirely yours.

REJUVINATE, GROUND & EXPAND

You will enjoy a beautifully restful and restorative hour-long massage.

Each evening you soak in ancient wisdom intended to upgrade your beliefs & remind you of your true nature.

There’s plenty of time to yourself and the opportunity to connect with other retreat participants when you choose.

You leave the retreat feeling rested, grounded, relaxed and inspired. You’ve gently peeled back layer upon layer of stress and created a new reference point for yourself to remember how good you can feel when you slow things down and connect inwards.

~ You have an existing Vedic meditation practice or you’re ready to learn Vedic meditation. You may meditate consistently or be keen to get back into your practice in a more consistent way that feels more inspiring to you.
~ You are craving a mind-body-spirit reset and some time away that's just for you, in an intimate setting (there are 8 spaces on the retreat).
~ You're used to being everything for everyone and desire a few days to be nurtured, cared for and have nothing to do other than relax and engage in the retreat activities.

If this sounds appealing to you, I’d love for you to join me this October for three nights on an intimate women’s retreat. The retreat will be held in Wamberal on NSW’s Central Coast, just 90 minutes from Sydney.

I will welcome you at 4pm on Thursday, February 22nd and close the retreat after a nourishing breakfast at 12pm on Sunday, February 25th.
