for VEDIC MEDITATORS

a nourishing and expansive practice

Rounding is in an advanced practice for Vedic/Transcendental meditators, designed to deepen your meditation practice and expand your state of being.

A round is comprised of a series of gentle yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. No experience with yoga is required and modifications available for pregnant women and those with injuries.

The yoga asana and pranayama prepare the body for a deep dive in meditation, soaking your nervous system in your natural bliss chemistry. Rounding has a profound effect on stress and fatigue, helping us stabilise the benefits of our meditation practice in everyday life.

For me, rounding was an important part of my process of healing from chronic stress, anxiety and panic attacks, as the practice supports us beautifully in accessing our parasympathetic nervous system state and developing greater flexibility in our nervous system.

Pre-requisites:

⟶ YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT Vedic OR TRANSCENDENTAL meditation.

If you would like to learn to round and have not yet learnt Vedic meditation, you can sign up for an Introductory Talk which is the first step towards learning Vedic meditation. Once you have attended an Introductory Talk you can register for a course in Vedic meditation.

COURSE INVESTMENT

The investment for private instruction in rounding is $180 and takes approximately two hours, in person. In a small group of two or more, the investment is $120 per person (and $60 to attend subsequent workshops). You will receive detailed notes to take home with you and remind you of the finer details of the practice. Caroline teaches rounding in Freshwater, Sydney and Central Coast, NSW, Australia.
