Rounding Workshop - Freshwater
Rounding is in an advanced practice for Vedic/Transcendental meditators, designed to deepen your meditation practice and expand your state of being.
This workshop will empower you with an incredibly powerful practice to support your nervous system and consciousness state.
This workshop is suitable for those new to Vedic meditation and those with a longstanding practice. No yoga experience required. Join us from 4:00pm if you have already learnt rounding.

This session will have an emphasis on struggling with thoughts in meditation and how to transcend this struggle. Open to all who have learnt Vedic / Transcendental meditation in-person. 4:15pm AEST / 6:15pm NZST for 75 minutes.
