Meditation was always something I didnโt believe I could do but the course completely changed my perception.
I was able to take the stillโs Vedic Meditation course at a time when I really needed better tools for coping with stress and self-doubt - heightened by the global pandemic, my job loss and being separated from family. Thanks to meditation I have been able to remove a lot of built up stress making me able to overcome difficult situations more quickly and easily. Carolineโs gift for teaching has greatly enriched my life.
