If none of the scheduled Intro Talks suit your schedule, you are welcome to book a private 15-minute conversation with Caroline. In this conversation Caroline will give you a brief introduction to Vedic Meditation; where it came from, how it works, and the benefits you can expect from a twice-daily practice.

  • What is a transcending style of meditation and how does it differ from other styles

  • What stress is and how it might be contributing to some of your current life experiences

  • The benefits you can expect to experience as a Vedic meditator; ranging from less stress to better health to greater adaptability and intuition.
