Once you have attended an Intro Talk (optional), you can register for a four session beginners course in meditation held in small groups of up to eight*.
Gain a lifelong practice to support your wellbeing and never have to use another app again. Join a global community of meditators, have access to free, weekly group meditations and tailored personal support with your meditation practice from Caroline (for life). Re-sit the course anytime, free of charge.
*Private courses are available upon request if you prefer to learn one to one or require course timings to be based around your schedule.

Your investment includes the four session course as well as lifelong support from Caroline with your practice. Ongoing support is both personalised to your needs and prescriptive - including phone/text/email/voice note support, weekly emails, weekly group meditation and Q&A sessions, and re-sitting the course anytime.

YOUR COURSE SCHEDULE
Day 1
Receive your mantra
60 minutes
In this one on one session you will receive your personalised mantra from Caroline, be taught the mechanics of how to meditate and you will have your first experience of Vedic meditation.
Day 2
Refine your technique / group meditation
90 MINUTES
During this session we will be refining your technique and discussing your experiences. We learn about how to make twice-daily meditation a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. Your session will end with a group meditation.
Day 3
managing stress + thoughts / group meditation
90 MINUTES
During this session we explore the impact of stress on the body and how meditation helps. We learn what it means when we have thoughts in meditation, how to manage thoughts and uncomfortable feelings during meditation, and end with group meditation.
Day 4
the benefits / group meditation
90 MINUTES
During this session we uncover what you can expect as a consistent meditator and explore the development of higher states of consciousness. We meditate together as a group, and you graduate as a self sufficient Vedic meditator!
