Meditation was always something I didn’t believe I could do but the course completely changed my perception.
I was able to take the still’s Vedic Meditation course at a time when I really needed better tools for coping with stress and self-doubt - heightened by the global pandemic, my job loss and being separated from family. Thanks to meditation I have been able to remove a lot of built up stress making me able to overcome difficult situations more quickly and easily. Caroline’s gift for teaching has greatly enriched my life.

I have managed to do my 2 x 20-min meditations every day which I thought would have been impossible with 2 small children.
I was looking for a technique to reduce my anxiety and stress and feel more energised day to day. Caroline was able to give me tips and advice around fitting meditation in during my day.
